Ethyl alcohol-based skin antiseptic for the treatment of surgical and injection fields. The product has prolonged action for three hours.

INGREDIENTS:

Ethyl alcohol, mixtures of equal amounts of CHAS (cocobenzyl dimethylammonium chloride and didecyldimethylammonium chloride), PGMH, and functional additives, including softening, regenerating and moisturizing components for hand skin.

decontamination of rubber gloves worn by personnel when handling potentially infectious material (microbiological laboratories, when collecting Class B medical waste).

It has antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive (including Mycobacterium tuberculosis) and Gram-negative bacteria, viruses (parenteral hepatitis and HIV), pathogenic fungi (causative agents of candidiasis and dermatophytosis).

It has prolonged bactericidal action for 3 hours.

Exposure - from 20 sec. to 3 minutes across the entire microbial spectrum.

• Hygienic treatment of hands: 3 ml of the product is applied to the hands and rubbed into the skin until dry, but not less than 30 seconds.
• Hand treatment of surgeons: before application of the product hands and forearms are washed twice with warm running water and liquid soap for 2 minutes, dried with sterile gauze cloth. Then 5 ml of the product is applied to the hands and rubbed into the skin of hands and forearms for 2.5 min; after that 5 ml of the product is again applied to the hands and rubbed into the skin of hands and forearms for 2.5 min (keeping the skin of hands moist). The total treatment time is 5 min. Sterile gloves are worn after the product has dried completely.
• Treatment of the operating field and elbow bends of donors: the skin is wiped twice consecutively with separate sterile gauze swabs, abundantly moistened with the remedy. The dwell time after the end of treatment is 2 minutes. On the eve of surgery the patient takes a shower (bath), changes underwear.
• Treatment of the injection field: the skin is wiped with a sterile cotton swab abundantly moistened with the product. The dwell time after the end of treatment is 1 minute.
• Обработка перчаток, надетых на руки персонала: the outer surface of the gloves is thoroughly wiped with a sterile cotton or gauze swab abundantly moistened with the product (at least 3 ml per swab). Treatment time - at least 1 minute. Exposure - until complete drying of the glove surface. Total treatment time - at least 1.5 minutes.
