CAUTION: Antiseptin (Mark B) is ready for use and does not require dilution!
Antiseptin" (Mark B) is used for disinfection by irrigation and wiping of small areas, as well as difficult to access for treatment of surfaces made of any materials.
Disinfection (disinfection) of objects by wiping can be carried out in the presence of visitors (patients) without the use of personal protective equipment. Consumption of the product is 100 ml per 1 m of surface.
When disinfection is carried out by irrigation method, the surfaces are evenly sprinkled with the product until they are completely wet from a distance of 30-50 cm. Consumption of the product is 150 ml per 1 m2 поверхности.
Washing off the product from the surface after disinfection is not required. Surfaces in contact with human skin, utensils, foodstuffs, food raw materials are subject to washing (wet cleaning) with water after disinfection dwell time.
If necessary, surfaces can be wiped with a dry clean rag or paper towels after disinfection curing without waiting for them to dry.
It is strictly forbidden to mix Antiseptin (Mark B) with other detergents or disinfectants.
Disinfection of objects is carried out in accordance with the regimes presented in the table.
Surfaces of incubators, cuvéses, transport incubators, open resuscitation systems and resuscitation complexes for premature and newborn babies shall be thoroughly wiped twice with cloth or nonwoven cloths abundantly moistened with “Antiseptin” (Mark B), or sprayed twice with “Antiseptin” (Mark B) using a sprayer with an interval of 5 minutes. Time of disinfection exposure after treatment - 5 minutes.
After disinfection soak, wipe surfaces with sterile gauze wipes.
Surfaces and objects not contaminated with biological excreta shall be wiped with cloth or nonwoven cloths moistened with “Antiseptin” (Mark B) or sprayed with “Antiseptin” (Mark B) using a hand-held sprayer once with exposure time of 5 minutes.
Surfaces and objects contaminated with biological excreta shall be treated in 2 stages:
Step 1: Cleaning of surfaces prior to disinfection.
Spray Antiseptin (Mark B) directly onto the surface to be cleaned.
Wipe the surface with a clean paper or cloth to remove dirt and biological contaminants (films).
Discard the wipe in a Class B medical waste receptacle for further disinfection and disposal.
2 phase: Disinfecting surfaces after cleaning.
Spray “Antiseptin” (Mark B)“ directly on the pre-cleaned surface, thoroughly wet the surface with the preparation, or wipe it with wipes moistened with ”Antiseptin" (Mark B). Disinfection exposure time is 5 minutes.
After disinfection soak, if necessary, wipe surfaces with sterile gauze wipes without waiting for them to dry.
Disinfection of shoes, rubber, plastic and polypropylene mats. Spray the product “Antiseptin” (Mark B) on the inner surface of shoes and on mats twice with an interval of 5 minutes. Disinfection exposure after treatment 5 minutes. After disinfection exposure wipe the shoes with a clean paper or cloth napkin.
Articles of medical and other equipment, not contaminated with biological secretions, are wiped with cloth or nonwoven cloths moistened with “Antiseptin”, once with exposure time of 5 minutes.
Items of medical and other equipment contaminated with biological secretions are treated in 2 stages:
1 stage: Cleaning the facility prior to disinfection.
Wipe the surface with woven or non-woven cloths moistened with “Antiseptin” (Mark B) to remove dirt and biological contaminants (films).
2 stage: Disinfection of the facility after cleaning.

It is also possible to treat gloves by irrigation. Exposure time is not less than 5 minutes.
In case of heavy contamination of gloves with organic substances, physiological fluids, blood, excretions of the patient, etc. treatment is carried out in two stages with preliminary cleaning of contamination with a napkin and a swab moistened with “Antiseptin” (Mark B) and subsequent disinfection. Total exposure time is not less than 5 minutes.
Air disinfection is carried out using appropriate technical equipment or spray nozzles by spraying the product at a spray rate of 10 ml/m3. Preliminary disinfection of surfaces is carried out, the room is sealed: close windows and doors, turn off supply and exhaust ventilation. Exposure is at least 10 minutes. After treatment washing off the residues of the product from the surfaces is not required, unventilated rooms should be ventilated for at least 15 minutes.
Sensors of diagnostic equipment (ultrasound, etc.) are treated by wiping with a napkin or a swab abundantly moistened with disinfectant “Antiseptin” (Mark B). Time of disinfection exposure - 5 minutes.
To combat mold fungi, objects are first thoroughly cleaned with a brush, then treated twice at intervals of 5 minutes with a solution of the product with an exposure time after treatment of 10 minutes.
