Presterilization cleaner «ПСО-1» (hereinafter referred to as the product) is a concentrated liquid highly alkaline foam detergent. It contains an optimal ratio of alkaline, complexing, anticorrosive and dispersing agents, as well as special foam surfactants, which allows to quickly remove inorganic and organic contaminants (denatured and native protein, fats, oils, etc.) from surfaces of ceramics, rubber, plastics, metal and others.

Optimized blend of alkaline components, a mixture of foam surfactants, corrosion inhibitors and complexing agents as well as active detergent additives.

3 years from the date of manufacture in the manufacturer's unopened package.

The product is recommended for use in healthcare organizations of different specialization for pre-sterilization cleaning of medical devices, including complex - critical and semi-critical (endoscopic equipment, breathing circuits, anesthesia equipment, etc.), laboratory utensils and equipment, including (microbiological and clinical diagnostic laboratories) from protein, fat, carbohydrate, combined and complex contaminants of various origins.

For PCP of medical devices made of glass, rubber, plastics, metals (including surgical, including microsurgical), dental, (including rotating) instruments, rigid and flexible endoscopes, instruments for them made of various materials:

For manual pre-cleaning of endoscopes and endoscope instruments;

For final (pre-sterilization) cleaning of endoscopes by hand before disinfection, for PSO of endoscopes before their disinfection and sterilization;

For final (pre-sterilization) cleaning of flexible endoscopes by mechanical cleaning in units designed for this purpose;

For pre-sterilization cleaning of medical devices made of various materials (metals, glass, plastic, rubber), including surgical, microsurgical, canal and dental (including rotating) instruments, as well as instruments for endoscopes by manual (immersion) and mechanized methods in units designed for automated cleaning.

Attention! PPO of medical devices (except endoscopes) shall be carried out after their disinfection and rinsing from disinfectant residues with potable water in accordance with the instructions for use.

Modes of pre-sterilization cleaning of medical devices

Soaking of disinfected articles is carried out when they are completely immersed in the working solution of the means for pre-sterilization cleaning and filling the cavities and channels with a syringe.

Washing of each product is carried out in the same solution in which soaking is performed, using a brush or brush. Rubber and plastic articles are treated with a cotton-gauze swab or a napkin. The channels of the products are washed with a syringe.

Injection needles are flushed using a syringe.

Cleaning of endoscopes and instruments to them is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current sanitary and epidemiological legislation, recommendations set forth in the endoscope user manual in terms of cleaning and disinfection and this instruction (see Tables 2 and 3).
