Sterilization bags are designed for sterilization of medical instruments, manicure instruments, pedicure instruments, cosmetic instruments. It is used for single steam (autoclaving), air, radiation, gas sterilization.

• Disinfect instruments, perform pre-sterilization cleaning, and dry;
• Choose a bag of the appropriate size;
• Check the integrity of the bag and the expiration date. Keep in mind that if the bag is wet, it is not usable even after drying.
• Place the appropriate grade internal indicator (not included) and the dry and clean instruments to be treated in the bag;
• If possible, remove as much air from the bag as possible by ironing the bag by hand from the closed end to the open end;
• The bag should be no more than 3/4 full.
• To seal the pouch, fold the open pouch flap along the perforation line, remove the protective film from the self-adhesive strip and seal the pouch by pressing the pouch flap tightly from the middle to the edges without creasing;
• Place the instrument bags in the sterilizer. Place the bags in a single layer;
• Carry out sterilization according to the regulations and type of sterilizer;
• At the end of sterilization, check that all indicators have changed color;
• Packages with sterilized instruments should be stored sealed for not more than 60 days in a dark dry place (or in a UV cabinet) at temperatures from 10 to 30^oC and relative humidity not more than 50%.
